Read every review on this site and you’ll know exactly what my problem is. This company is the worst. Complete runaround every time you call never a call back no one can make a decision no one has any information not one department contacts the other there’s no communication in the company other than get your money. I’m seriously considering hiring someone to dismantle the entire system and mail it back to Spruce.
ABSOLUTLY THE WORST COMPANY ON THE PLANET, DO NOT EVER SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THESE CROOKS! We purchased the home in Sept 2021 and signed all forms to transfer to my name, it took 4 months and endless phone calls to get them to set up auto pay, the uninformed person that is not able to help you at this time will tell you you will receive a return call in 48-72 hours from a billing specialist. The worst solar company to deal with. Do not use them. They are very difficult to contact and their contract is absured I have had nothing but issues with them when NRG sold to this company.
My original contract was sold to Tredegar. The first couple of years all went well. Then the solar was not being read as the internet stopped working. The bills kept getting more every month. I removed them from autopay from my bank account. I started calling in monthly asking when they were going to fix their problem with my meter and on line service. i give this company and the 2 companies before them a zero rating from 2015 i have had nothing but problems in billing and i had a lien put against my house im getting wrong bills im paying more now than what was told to me when i had these things put on they didnt send me a june bill they hit me for june this month then i paid it now they send me another bill stating i didnt pay them for june and also hit me with a 10 dollar late fee i pay over the phone i will NEVER NEVER EVER let these people into my bank acct if there is... read more
Have had billing issues for months , have called and called and gotten nowhere , extremely poor customer service , will be cancelling service with them
Horrible billing practice, but more importantly, my system has two failed panels/inverters and they refuse to service it, claiming that if the entire system is making 80% of (some figure only they know) then they won't service. This is just nuts. I inherited the lease when I bought the house. This is a terrible, terrible company, and I'm stuck with them for many more years.
Been trying to get a hold of someone since Feb 2022 to get the system in my name after my father passed away. Now I'm trying to get the system in the name of the buyer of my father's home and I can't get in touch with anyone to transfer ownership. I have been on hold for a long time, and then disconnected.
