TERRIBLE. Sold an NYE experience in a piano bar and although we pre booked, we had to wait 20/30 minutes to be seated. Told to wait at the bar that was impossible to get a drink because there weren’t enough staff to fulfil the orders for the tables and a patrons at the bar. We were finally seated in a room upstairs with no music or entertainment. Staff were great although they were all clearly stressed etc. the management team has clearly over booked the evening. New Years Eve booking - hair in food! We decided to do a la carte as there was no benefit to doing the set menu. It was £55pp for set 3 courses but You could order the same items offered for all courses on the a la carte and it still would be cheaper than doing the set menu. Starters were nice, but we had a very long wait for mains to come out, after an hour it came out and mine had a hair in it so I sent it back. Genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. 45 minutes to get seated, shunted to the bar in the mean time where the bar staff did not serve anyone around the bar. Bar staff asked what I wanted to drink, and then proceeded to make 5 other drinks before hand. Took 3 hours in total for one of the most average meals I’ve ever had. Shocking service, and ruined my New Year’s Eve. Will never be returning and I recommend you stay well clear

Had a booking for 8.45 but wasn’t seated until 30 minutes later. We were told to wait at the bar to order a drink but was never served and the bar staff looked uninterested and came across quite rude. We had booked for the standard menu and when I had spoken to one of the waiters he had said it was only a set menu which wasn’t made clear in the booking what so ever. Ended up walking out and was left a very unsatisfied customer. Will not be returning.

There was items listed on the pre paid menu that were not available once in the restaurant. There seemed to have been an overbooking at the time me and my wife had booked so we were stood waiting for a short period of time whilst they had to wait for people to leave. We we then seated in a small room that had a very loud group of 4 people in there that ruined the nice atmosphere. Another table even asked to move as the 4 were so irritating. For the price charged, we barely saw waiter. Asked 3 times for table water to not be seen. Bought wrong main out for my partner to be told I got it wrong. Then again no sign to check on us, we left before the dessert. Would not eat there again

I have to say, I dine out pretty frequently and this was undoubtedly the worst dining experience I have had for some time. I arrived about 20 minutes early for an 8:15pm NYE “experience” booking. I said I totally understood that I couldn’t be seated but asked if I could just grab a couple of drinks while I waited. A very inconvenienced looking manager simply thrust a drinks menu into my hand and told me to sit outside. Not an impressive way of dealing with a customer but to be fair, it was busy. A very disappointed evening celebrating the new year. The only reason we booked this place was the promise of live music. We arrived and took 20 minutes to be seated on the 2nd floor no where near the live music. We waited for over one hour for our starters to arrive of which one of them was wrong. The waiter was amazing and close to tears. The food was average.
