scheduled an appointment to have several things done. immediately told I scheduled too much as they were too busy. Didn't look at the car for 5 hours. found an urgent problem but didn't have parts or time to fix it. I drove off fearing my car was unsafe and found another place to fix it next day. They told me the battery was bad and it is not. I have had other extremely good experiences here. Naomi was new at the front desk and not very helpful in terms of communication, concern or options. Overpriced & drawn out. It took three days for an engine diagnostic, with an appointment.

WAY too overpriced and much was left to be desired by way of customer service. When I first arrived I was completely ignored. When I decided to break the rude & awkward silence and introduce myself, before I could finish my statement and say why I was there Tom (I believe that was his name) just walked out! He came back in a few secs later, offering a lackluster "hi" and left again. Stay away from this store, you can check their reviews, they only response and reply to 5 stars review and completely ignore people tell the truth and problem they encounter. The store upsell everything you don't need, brought the car for brake check and tell me all kind of stuff I don't need, -cabin filter, which I change it 7 months ago, I check it myself again and it look fine. -windshield fluid and coolant, which is fine before I brought in -motor oil a little below dip stick min, told me I need oil change, which I di... read more

Brought car for brake check and they suggest brake and rotors replacement,oil change, cabin filter change, coolant change etc. They up sales service don't really need and not provide a real solution. They said I need oil change because dipstick didn't show oil and it need at least two quart. Oil change is only a temporary fix, they didn't even check why oil is low/burn, if I need temporary fix, they can just fill it up, why I need to pay $100 for an oil change? I was trying to get service on a car I need worked on and when I called and was taking to the tech he didn't wanna help and just hung up on me very unprofessional

I called and they were able to get me in and change both my back and front brakes within the same day and before end of day. Everyone was really friendly and transparent about the entire process, also have a livestream to see when they're working on your car which is the first I've ever seen lol

Stress-Free Auto Care truly live up to their name. Andrew Waibel took care of every single one of my concerns with my 2016 Dodge Charger and then some. He really worked to keep the costs down and to ensure that he could fix all of them. I really love the texts and thorough inspections that include photos and notes, it helped me feel at ease and well informed. I will be coming here from now on for all my mechanical repairs. Oh!
