Took my car in 2 times they replaced my front brakes drove for a week made loud noises so I took it back they refunded my brakes and put brand new rotors and brake pads worked for a few weeks went back to the noise. Terrible service will never go back do not recommend this place.

The first guy that I met here provided super service. Now that guy is gone and looks like they hired a person as manager, who cannot service the car at appointment time and who cannot price match what they offered in their yelp message. Stop hiring inferior irresponsible people, Stress Free Autocare.

Very very stressful. Promised to send a quote and never did. Just bad communication and unresponsive when I asked for it 2 days later

Car needed exhaust manifold. I did my homework and understood the depth of the job and the cost of parts from the dealer. Single side exhaust manifold $3400. I was shocked. I asked for a cost breakdown. Parts were almost $800 and 13 hours of labor were quoted. Marco Muffler on Fulton was $500 for parts from Nissan and 6 hours of labor, which he said may be less. That is an astounding cost difference.

Hey Katie! I pulled up the information to verify, and the manufacture book time does call for 13 hours to replace the driver side exhaust manifold. I'm glad Marco was able to give you a great deal on it! But we are only going off the information provided to us via the manufacture labor times as almost all shops do. If you have any other questions don't hesitate to reach out to the shop.
After getting a diagnosis and an estimate for 440 for labor that takes 10 minutes I declined service and paid the diagnostic. They then left a dirty rag in my car, my air filter box open and 2 liquid tubes open in my hood. Didnt know until driving 2 hours in my car with it acting funny. Don't come here, unprofessional and overcharged. I fixed the issue in my car for 24 dollars at autozone And a YouTube video.
I have an all electric car Nissan leaf, and when my regular 12 volt battery died I put a new one in myself like I always have on every car I've ever owned. I was stranded on the side of a road and walked over to the nearest AutoZone but after I installed the new $160 battery my car still wouldn't drive. The Nissan dealership said all new cars are designed that way so the peasants have to pay the dealership to do simple repairs like change the car battery.
