I called Sun West with a relatively routine question. ******** sent me an emal telling me I could get my tax documents online. I went online but couldn't find the documents. I called and spoke with a lady named Miracle. Miracle quickly resolved my issue. Miracle was very professional, very patient and very determined. If I ever have to call Sun West **** I hope I get Miracle. She's a keeper (in addition to having a very nice name).

I love the customer service with SWM. I have never had a bad phone call. All their reps are helpful and kind. Its the main thing that keeps me from refinancing with my credit union. I dont want any issues I just like easy. Sunwest makes it easy!
