We have used them for 4 years now and they are amazing!! Never surprises on their end. We recently changed carriers for homeowners which was much more than previous and our escrow account went in the negative. They were gracious to give a year to get it close to the positive. We were blessed to take care of it within 2 months but to know if we needed it that option was available!!! On our next home purchase I want to continue with them!! Great customer service in all departments!!

Sun West Mortgage Company, Inc. is an excellent lender. They are very helpful and understanding. I am paid biweekly, so my payment is paid within the first 2 weeks of the month. Some companies would call and bug you to pay on the first; however, Sun West Mortgage has been gracious with my payment dates. Communication between the representatives I have dealt with and me has been wonderful. I highly recommend Sun West Mortgage.
