I am currently at myrtle beach. The room itself very nice clean and fully equipped. Very satisfied with the upgrades. The myrtle beach resort itself is broken up into 3 sections. The Renaissance tower the five seasons and then building a and building b. Once you enter the grounds your greeted by an outdated eery looking motel looking area. Hyatt house downtown New Orleans, is not a bedroom its just a suite. The pool is in the hotel beside here with no directions to find it, outside on a roof with a bar which is only open on the weekends. Breakfast is deliver to your room every morning sausage/egg sandwich every day but just different bread. 🙄 called the sundance emergency line, left a voicemail, no callback. I am not happy with this room. Wouldn't recommend this place.

It's a scam. If they call you ignore them trust me. They just trying to scam people. And when you try to get out of the agreement they say you can't. They just out here to scam people. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.

Very disappointed! Sundance does NOT have locations where we want to visit! I am very frustrated with this vacation club!

Me and my wife "supposedly" won a week vacation through Sundance vacations. Unfortunately, we weren't able to make accommodations to go to their offices for their presentation. They were very nice and persistent for us to receive our winnings until we couldn't make the time to go to their office. Once they realized we couldn't go, they were very short with me over the phone and even hung up mid conversation. Very rude and unprofessional.

Sundance Vacations is a complete scam... Do not buy into it! you will regret it! Me and my wife bought into it and payed off all our vacation to find out that we will have to continue paying as long as our vacation exist. while the country was on locked down Due to Covid 19 Sundance stayed open hounding us for a cleaning fee, knowing good in well we couldn't take a vacation. Im so upset they scammed us, we had faith in them only to find out it a money pit.......dont buy into it

While this definitely seems like a good opportunity, and was sold to us under the assumption of customer service, my husband and I found it much harder to use with our personal scheduled then anticipated. Do no sign up for this unless you intend to use it!! I got out of my first marriage easier than I got out of this contract-- to day they have taken $700 of which we had not booked a single vacation and when I asked to cancel a year ago the WOULD NOT LET ME. Complete BS. I have had them for over 5 years now. The deal was great at first.... they sold our contract to Travel Advantage, which we did not mind what they offered for vacation homes and condos was great, and they offered a lot of options in the areas that we vacation in. Now that they have taken back the contract, the number of options are gone, and they seem to deal only with resorts, so now on to of the monthly payments and maintenance fee and the cost to book your weekend, you now have to pay the resort extra money on... read more
