Added onto my package the select membership for another 7k. Tried to get a hotel in Palm beach. No vacancies. Only one hotel to choose from. Only hotels are in Kissimmee Florida. Needed to be a couple hours away from Gainesville as I have a reunion to attend. Was told when they sold me select package I could stay any length I wanted instead of having to stay for 8 days. I went and and agreed to sign up. I was told at the location that the people they use for financing does not report to the credit bureau. Got a letter today that states they now report to the credit bureau. Called the financial company, and they said to call sundance, and that sundance should not be speaking on their behalf. Called sundance and all they did was apologize, and claim that they would do no such thing. Unable to cancel contract and they could care less. Would not sign up for this agreement.

Was very disappointed with Sundance.Had a trip planned to Hilton Head this weekend.Had to cancel last weekend due to the fact I was closely interacting with my grandson,whom I was babysitting,and he tested covid positive on sunday.We rescheduled for April but still had to pay the penalty for not canceling before the 14 day timelimit.I am very surprised and felt they showed no consideration for the covid pandemic guidelines.Did they want me to go to one of their units with covid?
Do not sign this is a scam and you can't cancel without losing yours weeks. Have to pay 350 dollars a year. SCAM THEY WONT HELP YOU. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.
Really bad experience seems the day I got this deal !!! 5 year ago I bought this vacation plan not knowing where I was getting myself into I spent over 3500 dollars for the vacation plan not well explained that every year I was gonna get charge a service fee of 395 every year until I finish using this vacations really bad customer service ones you already paid them ! This business is luck to have a star. I stupidly thought I was winning a "big free" vacation. These lions that work there will not give you the crappy little "free" hotel to stay in unless you absolutly pay and agree to something. PATHETIC DISGUSTING HUMANS! Come on I expect a call from Bangladesh to SCAM an American, but you do this to one another. SHAM SHAM SHAM!!!! I'm glad I left without giving you SCAMMERS anything. SHAM! SHAM! SHAM!
Fix your mobile site. Filters by Country do not work. I don't need results for locations in countries I've never heard of after I filter United States
If I could give Sundance a 0, I would. Sundance is a total SCAM! Wish we could return it and receive our money back! Do not waste your time or money onSundance! The service has been NO HELP! No help with securing plane reservations which was promised when we were at the presentation! Limited properties! We have tried to call, but NO HELP as there are not properties where we want to vacation! The quality of the properties we visited is also a very big dissatisfaction!
