Complete BS. I have had them for over 5 years now. The deal was great at first.... they sold our contract to Travel Advantage, which we did not mind what they offered for vacation homes and condos was great, and they offered a lot of options in the areas that we vacation in. Now that they have taken back the contract, the number of options are gone, and they seem to deal only with resorts, so now on to of the monthly payments and maintenance fee and the cost to book your weekend, you now have to pay the resort extra money on... read more
Never was told it was going to take almost 2 hours i was told it wss going to take 15 minutes to 30 minutes never was told i had to sut in a seminar for 45 minutes it wss a joke
Was told to arrive early. We checked in and waited in the lobby. They didnt get us at the appointment time either. We waited a half hour and left.
Was told there was no strings attached and had no expenses to me and all was lies to get people to come in and sign up. Total scam!!
Misleading
High pressure sales tactics for an unclear financial benefit. I felt bullied and disrespected. I have travelled to over 17 countries so I am a pretty seasoned traveler. I could not see the financial benefit for the investment. More importantly, when I said I needed to go home and run some numbers to see if the $20,000 made sense to give them. This is the worst deal ever. DO NOT PURCHASE! They promise beautiful 5 star accommodations and no lack of properties available. Then you try to book something and there is nothing available anywhere in your region and something 400 miles pops up! The few trips we took we were disappointed in the low rent style condo nowhere near what the pictures look like. Everyone was nice (as most salesman are-their livelihood depends on it) but it is just the latest version of a timeshare. Slight of hand with the fees, glossing over the annual maintenance fee and booking fees and telling you you are getting a bargain vacation for only $500 for a week. Just know that you will be paying that maintenance fee whether you go on vacation or not(and those fees aren't locked from inflation), and the booking fees are required in order to use your $500 vacation which will add another $199 - $399 (... read more
