My husband and I were called to win a free trip, of course we knew there was a catch. On the phone we were told we had to listen to a presentation that would last 45 minutes to an hour. Giving this a 2 star. We had been convinced to come into the office after attending a bridal show and the rep promising a free honeymoon. Now what she said is not wrong, they don’t explain the company they are to you. Upon our arrival for our appt, everyone was professional with us. Our presenter was great with a lot of energy. Sundance is a waste of time and money. No one works with you and they give you attitude the second you mention they keep billing you even though you’ve paid all of your weeks in full. I’ve had them 3 years and never use them. Just trying to get the most money they can from you. Wish I wouldn’t have wasted so much of our time and money with a crap company.

Me and my husband was so very excited for our trip to Aruba. Everything was going absolutely great when we arrived at the Blue Residences Ms. Ursula was amazing she greeted us with a great big wonderful welcome. Very professional and very polite while checking us in. Once we got to our unit 222 (Aquamarine Building) our spirits totally went down hill. You are horrible horrible people who refuse to take no for an answer. Do not ever question my financial situation that is none of your business. Then to have the audacity to call me a liar. Shame on you. They will try to back you and a corner and make you get their package. Don’t do it.
Huge Scam & Pressure Sales.. These guys are giving away a free week trip but don’t inform you that they will pressure you into paying thousands up front just to cover your stay not even the flight or food or anything only literally the stay it’s not Convenient at all. They also got upset when I respectfully turned down there offer by having 3 different people pressure us over and over to answer why I didn’t want to pay them 15k - 20k to travel with them it’s ridiculous. On June 25, our entire family went to Dominican Republic, we stayed at Presential Suites in Pueto Plata, room are good size especially for large family we were a group of 7. As it relates to the food, it s was no so great and the service was disconnected and inconsistent, the concierge was unresponsive and make sure when you go if you get all inclusive that Sundance forward your payment to the facility, if you add anyone else most likely they may not be included. I'm EXTREMEMLY disappointed in this company. I was basically strong-armed into buying a package and when I conceded, I SPECIALLY asked if the places had private WIFI w/a secure pw as I typically have to work when I am on vacation, using a work laptop. Horrible! No customer service! Everytime the site says “Great we have a match”. The dates are NO WHERE near the date I need and the quality of locations is less than desirable! Do NOT get taken by this company! I wish I had researched this company before we fell prey to their lies! I wish we could get our money back and move on to a reputable vacation company!
