Horrible! No customer service! Everytime the site says “Great we have a match”. The dates are NO WHERE near the date I need and the quality of locations is less than desirable! Do NOT get taken by this company! I wish I had researched this company before we fell prey to their lies! I wish we could get our money back and move on to a reputable vacation company!
Stay as far away from this place as you can. If you do, make sure you don’t go with Mike G. They will pressure you into signing their contract. Mike will even lie to you about it too! He told us that we could cancel at anytime and low and behold, we can’t. Filed a complaint with BBB and I’m hoping this gets resolved
Always trying to get a hold of someone to see my balance or log on to the website. I am never able to get a hold of someone. This sometimes seems like a scam to me. Been trying to get a hold of someone for months to no avail. Left no option but to leave a bad review.

Do NOT buy from this company. We had a vacation scheduled. My father passed away days before we were to go. Sundance refused to move our week of travel! Greedy greedy company!
If I could give this company zero stars I would. The way this company speaks to their customers is horrific. I’ve never taken the time to write a review for any company but I needed to for this one. Save yourself the trouble and DO YOUR RESEARCH before you sign anything. As someone who travels quite often I can truly say I would never work with this company and HIGHLY recommend you go somewhere else
Don’t give them your money. They are a bunch of liars. I was told I could cancel my subscription at anytime from the day I got it. Now I’m stuck in a contract I was borderline harassed into.
