Once again Sundance lists and shows subpar places to stay!!!!!  There is either mold or mildew which makes it very difficult for me to sleep here!  Guess I am sleeping outside on the balcony, as I cannot breathe inside!!!!!   Totally frustrated with Sundance!!!!!!!!!!’nn

10/6/24: Terrible weekend service with lots of promised return calls and help but no one does anything. Stuck trying to cancel/reschedule a trip to Hurricane/State of Emergency Florida and all I get is the run around. Can't wait till my weeks are done and I won't be rebuying at this point!

The Pros: Every place I have stayed at has been as pictured on the website and clean/nice accommodations. Customer service is helpful. The cons: Their business practices are deceptive. You are offered a free vacation to get you in the door and then they try to sell you a vacation package. After you leave and sign up for this free vacation you learn it's through another company and primarily can only access off peak times for your free trip. 23 years ago I entered a drawing at the zoo and got a call for a promotion. You offered a tablet, tickets etc in exchange to sit through a 2 hour sales pitch . I was a single mother of four who lived on food stamps. I signed for the tablets and I was never actually able to use the rest of the offers because I was broke. It's taken me 21 years til I realized you are the 13000 debt that constantly sitting on my credit. You're predatory and I need information on how to remove myself from your company.

Stay away, the most unethical company and people I have ever met. They constantly pressure you and keep lowering prices until you feel it isn’t too bad and then they close the deal by telling you that they are going to add extra weeks to your contract so you can get more vacations. I can tell you that you are going to pay out the a$$ and forever. I have tried to book a vacation and dates are not available or only the most expensive rooms are available. Sundance's website does not have enough pictures of the resort room that you are actually booking. The description of the rooms leave you to wonder what your room accommodations will be. I booked a room for me, my husband, and 2 teenage boys. The room was extremely tight due to its small size. The room was meant more for a couple, not a whole family. Not happy with this stupid promotion and free vacation that they offer, you have to pay every year 580.00 for membership if you want to stay active, even if you don't use any of you days, no worth it

Worst experience ever! Promised me and my girlfriend a vacation and a tablet. Called me for two weeks then set up an appointment no where near my house. Then called back told me I still had a chance and then told me they couldn’t get me in. Don’t waste your time! They wasted plenty of mine!!
