The reps are polite but the business practices are very very unprofessional scammer and liars no sympathy for the situation at hand
After an hour presentation, we were brought into another room to sit at a table with a salesperson who proceeded to repeat the exact same presentation I just sat through for an hour. I stopped him and asked , 'Youre not really going to repeated exactly what I just heard', to which he responded, yes he was. After we declined a purchase, the sales closer came in to give it another try. 'whats stopping you?' 'The 15.9 percent interest rate and commitment to buy 30 vacations.' He disappears and comes in for a third sales pitch.... read more
I thought the session would be information only. I did not expect the meeting would turn into a sales pitch. I NEVER purchase anything that is sold via predatory marketing. Any product or service that has to be purchased on-sight (or to quality for a meaningful discount) is a defective product or service. The session leader (Kyle I think) and the sales rep (Oscar I think) were reasonable and respectful of my decision. I wanted to decline the “gifts” because I did not purchase anything but was urged to accept. I though... read more
I was given false information as a ploy to get me there. I was told I would sit through a short presentation, and I was not obligated to purchase anything. The presentation was just to tell me about their company in hopes I might use one day or tell others about. And I won a free getaway for FOUR people and the only money I would have to pay would be a $100 booking fee and my flight to one of their luxury resorts. As soon as I got there I found out that I won a getaway for 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 11. When I ... read more
I was completely blind sided and was not given enough time to pay for package wanted NO ONE said anything about paying or having to put money for package same night I lost out and I'm completely disappointed in Sundance and not sure if I will recommend anyone to Sundance because of my very disappointing experience!!!...I wanted to give my wife the experience but no one told us to any type of means for any payment..I had great deal but cause of EXTREMELY short notice I left very unhappy and my wife feels the same!!!!!
Big scam. Glad i didn't sign up. Be more transparent next time
It’s not a good company at all, would not recommend
On the phone I was informed the vacation would accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, which is great as I have 2 daughters. Upon arriving at Sundance for the presentation (1hr drive to get there) I learned that the kids had to be 11 years of age or younger! The people working at Sundance were very nice. They made a call to check the age rules of the promotion for the kids and I was informed there would be an additional charge for taking my kids, since they are 15/13 respectively. First of all, if I knew the age limitation... read more
Just didn’t meet our needs , sounds like reinventing a sharing of time or notably known as “time shares”. . Not a bad experience, just not for us . Retail is the way to go for us because we rarely travel and it doesn’t really seem to be of great value .
