I was completely blind sided and was not given enough time to pay for package wanted NO ONE said anything about paying or having to put money for package same night I lost out and I'm completely disappointed in Sundance and not sure if I will recommend anyone to Sundance because of my very disappointing experience!!!...I wanted to give my wife the experience but no one told us to any type of means for any payment..I had great deal but cause of EXTREMELY short notice I left very unhappy and my wife feels the same!!!!!
Big scam. Glad i didn't sign up. Be more transparent next time

On the phone I was informed the vacation would accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, which is great as I have 2 daughters. Upon arriving at Sundance for the presentation (1hr drive to get there) I learned that the kids had to be 11 years of age or younger! The people working at Sundance were very nice. They made a call to check the age rules of the promotion for the kids and I was informed there would be an additional charge for taking my kids, since they are 15/13 respectively. Just didn’t meet our needs , sounds like reinventing a sharing of time or notably known as “time shares”. . Not a bad experience, just not for us . Retail is the way to go for us because we rarely travel and it doesn’t really seem to be of great value .
customer service was very rude didn't explain me the whole package I know it was late night and they were ready to go home butt they need to be more professional I travel all the time I was very interested didn't even show me the website to see if it was real on the pricing I was very disappointed I drove an hour away to waste my time.
Fake gifts. Scam telling you that you have won something then you have to pay hidden fees. They pressure you too hard to buy and don't like to take no for an answer .
Not only i was sold into a package I couldn't afford, but they fail tell you before signing the contract, that it is a non cancelling contact, which I don't know how that is even still legal, the guy I talked to after the seminar said I would be able to cancel if things don't pan ou,. Granted after calling the hotline I was able to get lowered package which should've been offered in the first place, but I'm still pleased because I can barely afford that, guess I'll have to talk to my lawyer in the meantime
I have sent several communication letters messages,emails and phones calls a total of 5 at this point your company is aware that I Robert Pennington am canceling my vacations packages/ contract with sundances vacations. I have booked no vacations and the first payment has not been withdrawn from my account.I was not aware I signed a binding contract.
