This is completely scammed.. never get there.. Or never agree to get packages once you sign Then you star crying.. This most stupid company provided license from government to scam money.. Call me for full details I will provide you.. What they did to me.. Always be away with this stupid..
I had won a trip from an expo from you and because the person I’m “in a relationship with” can’t afford to take off work to attend your 1 hour power point I had to forfeit. I think all staff needs to be on the same page due to the fact I have talked to numerous people and they all have said something different. This is concerning to me and really made me not want to accept what I had won because if someone can’t tell me the same thing twice what would have happened if I had accepted? Probably hidden fees and more.
WARNING! WARNING! BEWARE! I put in a drawing at the Bigglersville Apple Fest to possibly win a Ford pick up truck . The entry had to be filled out with your name and phone number. Not one person working the entry mentioned about this company! I received three harassing phone calls soliciting this company and of course no one mentioned anything about the truck. Very unhappy with the lack of support and customer service. Was relocated to another room after a plumbing issue. No one from the resort helped us unpack our room and fully stocked kitchen. The new room does not have the same view, very poor plumbing and old furniture so the drawers are stuck. I was told at the front desk they could not help me and they would reach out to Sundance directly. I was left a message stating “you were not inconvenienced”. Very disappointing and very unsatisfactory with Sundance vacations.
Sure the deals they offer sound good, but they will lie to your face to get you to buy. If they ever tell you that you can cancel in 3 days per the PA 3-day contract cancel rule, read your contract where it states that you can not cancel for any reason and that it's not subject to any right of rescission
I went to book my first trip and have now been completely disappointed. I found a resort for the time frame I wanted and went through the complete process of trying to book and have now realized this website is a joke. Everything on the website appears to work until you get to the part of submitting your payment and completing your booking. Highly dissatisfied, very angry, and am completely second guessing having Sundance vacations as company I want to pay in to.
WISH I STAYED WITH PLAN WITH TAN PROMISES NOT KEPT 4 PLACES ON GULF COAST HAVE NO WEEKS ??????????
tried to find a place on gulf coast in Florida showed 4 resorts with no weeks very upsetting as wanted on the beach and once again showed NO WEEKS? Why have properties if you can't stay there? So far switching from Plan With Tan with many promises and not getting what was "PROMISED"
