Well I filled out a paper at a family fun day... won a "Free" trip, got to the interview and spent 2 hours telling your employees I am not able to afford this package.. I am a single mother and single income person.. they"Would Not" take NO more an answer.. I felt embarrassed because I was unable to purchase the package. I don't advise any of my friends or family to fill out any of your things at several places
Our unit at Jersey Shore (Key Largo) was so small, on the third floor with only roof above us, so it was always so hot. moreover it was in the dark corner by the stairway with no view at all! Living room/kitchenette was always hot because the wall AC was only in the bedroom and literally one step from our bed, so we had to sleep while it was constantly blowing on us and it was so noisy. The location was in a private community and residents were rude and disrespectful. They reported we were loud as we came in after midnight which was untrue. Yes we conversed, we re on vacation! Those condos should not be rented for vacations, if people live there!! They pounded on the walls at the slightest noise, for example as we conversed during breakfast. Also no information on amenities provided. The worst being, no internet connection. We had to walk several feet outside to make phone calls and it rained most of the ... read more
Biggest waste of money ever.
Hotel Molokai was not a stellar hotel, nor is it a hotel that I would travel so many miles away to stay on a first or second trip to Hawaii. We did not get the room that was promised, the tub had mold growing around the base, the bathroom door's hinges were coming off, the door met the toilet (barely being able to close). Everything on the Island is closed on Sundays so there's no where to get food not unless your waiting for lunch at the restaurant at the hotel. my worsevacation nothing to good about it
The hotel was in the middle of a neighborhood. It really needs upgrading. Carpet was stained and looked dirty. Dead roaches found in the bedroom. Kitchen and the bathroom wer nice and the shower head was awsome. But the beaches were terrible with the redtie and us not being infromed of it. With dead sea life everywhere and not much to do. Which is not your fault but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
