The property overall was nice, but it only gets 2 stars because: (1) there is a bird nest above the front door, and the door, especially the porch and stairs are covered with bird poop. It was disgusting and not visually pleasing. Its the first thing you see when you get to the property. It also could be a source of disease/illness, especially since you track in the bird poop from outside. It was also difficult to carry luggage up without getting bird poop all over it. Old outdated accomodations furniture needs an uplift
On arrival the room smelled heavy of stale beer. When opening the cabinets, the knobs fell off. When setting up our linen on our bed, we noticed the pillows had bodily fluids caked on them! That really grossed me out. When sitting on the sofa, we sank.. no comfort. We did love the washer and dryer and the comfort of a great air conditioner! Also, we had to buy a large frying pan to cook...there was only a small one there. We love Ocean City so much that just being there made our stay a happy one!
Bad a lot of money

You advertise that the property are amazing and beautiful. As we have stayed at a few of them at this point they are far from amazing and beautiful.
We have been traveling to the gulf coast for over 40 years and this was by far the worst place we have ever stayed. The ceiling in the living room was falling and black with mold; the floor by the door to the balcony was peeling and discolored; the televisions did not work for two days and my husband had to spend time both days waiting for the repairmen; the toilet handle in one bath did not function properly. We will not be rebooking this condo again.
