Charged me for services they did not do on my car. I called to complaint and they reimbursed me the amount. But if I don’t double check they’re charge me more. Sadly second time it happens. It looks sketchy now

I haven't owned a Nissan in over a year and haven't been to this dealership in over 2 years. Yet I still get harassed via texts and emails by them regularly. Including asking me to take surveys for work I haven't had done.

I did not have a good experience during my time at Sutherlin. Grace was my service advisor, and although she was helpful in the beginning, I did not have time to review my car’s inspection and recommended services link. Once my car was finished with the oil change, Grace rushed me over to payment. I told the person at the payment counter that I wanted to approve some of the recommended services.
