Salesperson and front team were great. Car did not get cleaned well. As a matter of fact 1st choice car had scratches and someone spilled coffee all over front seat and they didn't clean it. Ended up getting another car. Brought it in for window tint later and have bubbles all over.

For the first time ever I had a great experience with a dealership. We’ve owned several vehicles over the years and most of those experiences have been us getting the run around from unethical salesmen and finance managers.

Very Disappointed! A happy buying experience on 02/01/23 ruined. Was not informed that the Certified Preowned 2022 Nissan Frontier SV had only one key FOB until we were leaving the Sutherlin Dealership. Was told by the sales rep. that they only had one key Fob and he would check with the previous owner and mail the additional FOB to us. Then, we arrive home and I check on my I-Pad and what shows up. The $160 diagnostic was a total bogus. You’ve told me it’s the windshield sealer that causes water to gather under the drivers seat and I need to replace it for $1,200. I asked the tech if that’s for sure the problem and was told that if that’s not it, further testing must be done. I took my car to a shop. That was not the problem, at all.
