Tape was placed on the leather seating to hide cosmetic defects in the vehicle. It was tape specifically for this type of defect which now has to be repaired . The fact it was intentionally hidden allowing you to charge me more is very disappointing. And the inside wasn’t cleaned or gas put in it.

When I came in to get my car serviced I was notified that a gasket was broken when putting everything back together I was told I would receive a call when the part arrived that was on 12-29-22 I still haven’t received a call about the part yet today is 1-17-23 I also had a coupon for my service that was supposed to be applied at checkout but it wasn’t

This place is horrible 😩I was there for service for my Nissan Pathfinder but I’m not going there anymore! Very dishonest and all they want is to charge you more and scare you that your car need a lot of work when there is nothing wrong with your car!! Please🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

The employee that worked on my car was incredibly condescending. Just because I’m a woman does not need he needs to man-splain what maintenance I needed. I had already told him that I had an oil change and tire rotation last month and he tried to insist that I still needed one for this service. I also requested a vehicle on the website when I made the appointment which this location apparently does not provide. That would have been nice to know when making the appointment. I will not be coming back to this location.

The radio is still not fixed but was told it was. Trouble getting blower motor for AC fixed.

Took 6 hours for a 2. 5 hour recall repair. While there, they were supposed to clean the window smears and smudges left from when they removed window tinting and didn't clean them the first time. Didn't clean them the second time either.

Had Nissan service rewards points on my phone to Get $25 off. Your people couldn’t find that on your computer system (bought the car there) so didn’t get the discount. Then your service rep said car will be brought up front. Then handed us the keys. So we went out in lot and found it ourselves. Not much in the way of service.

I had an oil change / rotation work done on Thursday. ...noticed a noise on Friday - called on Monday, had to wait till Wednesday to have it looked at. Once they looked at it I received a quote that was over 60% higher than recommended on web search, called local service center .... their price was comparable to what was listed in searches. When I went to retrieve my car I had to wait over 25mins for someone to find it and deliver to me.

I went to make purchase of a Nissan Kick and chose to get a Nissan Rogue SL. I had financing but the car was well over value for that 2000 car with miles. It was 132% over and I this dealership opportunity to get me in this car but still over priced at 118%. So no deal, dissatisfied and alternative to a new car was not proposed. So i am visiting another dealership today for a new vehicle, 2023.
