The service writers were good. Work was done on Thursday - discovered noise in engine compartment upon returning. Need to return for repair. Noise did NOT exist before work being done.

Nissan in Cummings much better than this one. I have taken one sentra in each one. In Cummings they sent the plate to my home, in Buford I have to go and do it myself which is not convenient. In Cummings they gave me carpet protector for free. In Cummings they gave me Oil/filter change including in the lease. The car in Buford has almost 500 miles already. Many details that contribute to customer satisfaction. Nalley much, much better.

very bad experience. unpleasant service.I'm still waiting for my vehicle and they don't even give me an estimate of when it will be done. They "repaired my car" and in less than a week it had the same problem again.

I brought in my G35 for routine oil change and tire rotation. The tires were rotated incorrectly (back to front and front to back) which cause an unsafe driving situation. The employee should have noticed it when driving the car around for customer pickup. Furthermore, any maintenance items mark as needing to be addressed were all marked as "critical" when they were not critical in nature. The cashier was rude and unprofessional. .she had to holdherselfupby the counterto check me out. getting a coupon for 49.95 for oil change and tire rotation and costing me close to 75.00.asked for car wash didn't get it..didn't get my recall low on tech ..I will go somewhere else
