Had some issuesin our complex which is managed by The Manor Ass. They handled my issues promptly and followed up on the result.I was very satisfied with there concern and the attention that was paid to my matters.
What can I say. I am very happy recently with the service of my property manager Janis Lee. She has been exceptional and really a life saver. I recently rented my property to tenants, and had experienced problem's with the negligence of my tenants and how they had over flooded my condo which caused damage to my unit. Janis was so helpful in all the items I needed to give to my insurance company, and was very responsive and able to provide me what I needed. I am a vendor for one of The Manor's properties. I have done work for this property for over many years and this year i did my work and have had a terrible time dealing with Jason Smith who wouldn't return emails or phone calls to me or the HOA who is trying to help me. "Communication was superb during the first three months of the transition; however, it has since declined significantly. Emails and calls--particularly to the accounting department--now go unanswered. Given our high HOA dues, we expect a much more reliable and professional level of service."
The Manor Association is the worst HOA management company ever. I am not sure why they pick this management company and as an owner, I am ready to vote to FIRE them. They made homeowner pay insanely high fees for a complex with no amenities at all. You can hardly reach any live customer service representative, and even worse their accounting department is never reachable. FRUSTRATING...
Impossible to talk to a "real" person, and get important information about specific units. The former management group, Common Interest, was much more responsive. Do not know why Woodlake Condominiums switched. The Manor was a poor choice.
Resident of Bridgeport in Hayward for 36+ years. If you don't have an issue, not requiring the services of the HOA, everything is perfect. Over the weekend the intercom isn't functioning. I called into the Manor yesterday 1/12 and was told the work order was closed by management. I drove over to the complex to test it out. Sure enough, it was still broken. Everyone here is great, EXCEPT for Brad Bacome. He is dismissive, rude, unprofessional and DOES NOT want to help the owners of condos in Hayward. He will tell you NO before looking into the actual problem and situation and basically tell you it's your problem to deal with and that you need to either hire your own plumber or get in touch with your insurance company. If you have the unfortunate luck of having Brad B. as your property manager, i am very sorry for you. He is rude, unhelpful, just gives you the standard responses without trying to help you solve anything. That is if you are lucky enough to get a response. So we have been dealing with water leaks from the roof. They had fans to deal with the water leak in the hallway. One neighbor has an ongoing leak that she has been videoing.
