I can't say enough about how helpful and supportive Lisa B. has been as our HOA manager. Recently, my car was towed by an unauthorized, predatory towing company, and Lisa jumped in immediately to help. Not only did she clarify all the details and keep me informed every step of the way, but she also took the initiative to reach out to the towing company to try and get my money back. Her responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond show how much she genuinely cares about our community. It's rare to find someone as com... read more

This company have been managing Mariners Green Association. I am so pleased with their help, support and communication. In the past I would call the other company or email and I would get zero response. With the Manor Association, I get emails and phone calls back. They helped me a few times this year, setting up my access to the pool and the last one was with the smooth process to rent out our Community Clubhouse. Lisa B. thank you so much for making our life easier. Hopefully the Community Board stay with you guys, this ch... read more

I am pleased to provide feedback on Kristin Amarillas, whose leadership skills have been a notable asset to the company, industry and associations that she interacts with. Kristin's dedication to volunteering and hands-on involvement in the HOA industry, highlights her commitment to making a positive difference beyond her professional role.

I have had few issues recently in my property & each time , Tiphanie Bradford the client service Agent, promptly adressed the issue & called me back to let me know that work order was put in place and then followed up to make sure the issues were resolved . I greatly appreciate her kindness & her care for the homeowners. We are blessed to have her on our side.

In a world today where Customer Service seems to be a lost art, I have had the pleasure of working with Lisa Baer on a couple of occasions. She always reminds me of the good ol' days - when tenants are treated with respect and genuine consideration. I was a little high maintenance with my stuff, but she is very responsive, professional and complete with her guidance. When you're struggling with whatever it is you are struggling with, and are able to work with someone who makes it far less of a struggle ... that goes a very l... read more

I am a property manager that manages a property within several properties Manor Association projects. We have a record of association payments made over the past several years to this company, every month, usually by the 3rd of the month, yet several times per year I get charged a late fee. It amazes me how often the check gets lost in the mail or received weeks after mailing by Manor. My suspicion is that, as late fees add 10% their income, lost/ misplaced checks are a part of their business plan to increase revenue. I'd be... read more

Business response:

Dear Tim G. - to answer your question, we don't profit or benefit from late payments. Homeowner associations establish assessment collection policies, including payment dates and late fees. The policy is uniformly applied through the association's billing software. If you are having trouble making timely payments, please enroll in auto payment to ensure your payments are received on time. Otherwise, consider allowing more time for mail, which neighter of us can control.

This review is for Kristina Alvarez. Kristina has been our Community Manager for approximately two years. I have lived at Bayfront Court for about 30 years, and we have had a variety of management companies and Community Managers. Had I known ahead of time that Kristina would be assigned to manage our property, I would have reconsidered leaving the board after 10 plus years. As a resident and former board member, I have reached out to Kristina on occasion and she has always been responsive and takes action quickly. Her follo... read more
