Clean beautiful environment Great area lots of trails all the stores you need easy access to highways nice restaurants and friendly people. Lots of hills though
review I have been here since 7/20. I think the rent is reasonable.
Nice enough homes The homes are nice enough, I liked mine, but the ancillaries of the place blew my mind. The unhelpfulness of the front office, their lack of concern about the exteriors of the buildings when the "Clubhouse" gets a full makeover. Pool was closed for more than a year. The best part of the place is the maintenance team. You'll get to know them well with the number of tickets you'll submit. They're friendly, do a good job, and just want you to be happy.
great maintenance The Timbers in Issaquah is a fair value. It has the best maintenance team I have ever experienced. They are prompt and efficient.
Lovely Location The Timbers is well situated, comfortable, and beautiful and a great place to live and in most regards is a great experience as a place to live in terms of apartments. Unfortunately it is something of a victim of the rising costs for housing in the region and that is one of the few true negatives.
Best place in Washington State The Timbers in Issaquah is the best place to rent from in the PNW. It's a safe, quite, and inclusive neighborhood on the edge of Snoqualmie Pass. We are just minutes from multiple hikes, bike trails, and great fishing lakes. The people in the community are all neighborly and look out for one another. Great but noisy Great location staff amazing my unit is very noisy due to the highway
I love my view. I was surprised at how nice this place is. I love my place. It is like a sanctuary. I like the way the place is run. It is a very nice place in most ways.
