From start to finish, Vertical Flooring was fantastic to work with. Their project manager Larry was great at going over all the different options for two bathroom floors and a movie theater floor in our warehouse. He was friendly and understanding of all our needs. The Vertical Connection provided me with excellent service, communication, care, installation, and product. Nick was most helpful in every way. I choose FAWN OF FRIENDLY RECOLLECTIONS to be installed in several rooms of my condo. This carpet was a less expensive version of nylon. The 5 gentlemen who installed our carpet and LVF were terrific! Each person in the group was super polite, helpful, and never stopped working. Before they left for the day, they went over everything they had done, put every piece of furniture back, they even made the 3 beds, making sure everything was neat, tidy and perfect. They were amazing!!!
I needed my hardwood floor refinished and The Vertical Connection Carpet One did a fantastic job! My floor looks amazing. Their customer service is also top-notch.
