The entire experience was a breeze. Larry was wonderful in helping us pick out our new carpet and gave us amazing insight as to what to consider when making our selection. We were blown away at how quickly we were able to schedule installation. The installation crew were timely, polite, efficient, and did an amazing job. Steve was the flooring expert that helped me select the flooring that would best complement my kitchen. I told him that I would like it installed as soon as possible and he made it happen. The installers were professional and efficient. The floors look beautiful. I would definitely recommend going there.

We are long term, satisfied customers of Vertical Connection. Our experience last month with Joan Hughes, VC interior designer, was wonderful. Joan met with us 3 times, in our home and at their office. She helped us choose a large kitchen window treatment, LR and FR area rugs, and a foyer stair runner.
