From my initial phone call of inquiry, to the sales visit (Mike) to the installer (Abbas), all of my expectations were met or exceeded. The Vertical Connection is an outstanding company. From their visit to create the estimate to the close of the job, they were professional and cordial. They removed all our carpet and installed wood floors. The job was completed in a superior manner with close attention to detail in corners and doorways. The workman were very competent and efficient. Clean up was spotless. If I need anything their company can provide, I will quickly call them again. Fantastic job.

We moved into a 4 bedroom home that needed some love in the carpet area since it was approximately 30 years old. Our contractor's suggested Vertical Connection, and the experience we had with them was fantastic. They worked with our budget, our timeline, and everyone was very easy to communicate with from start to finish. Larry Roberts and his team were excellent! I was able to easily compare and select flooring options (carpet and some LVP), the estimate and measurements were done promptly, and the flooring installation went flawlessly. The installation crew did an excellent job preparing the floors and leaving the work areas clean and neat.
