Our decision to replace our basement carpet with a lighter color and lower profile weave was simplified by helpful staff of the Vertical Connection. John Hinzman, when he came to our home to measure for the carpet, was particularly helpful with suggestions for moving furniture and the contents of a large hobby room in preparation for the installation. Everything went great from the sales floor experience through the installation. The crew was friendly and courteous, and did a great job. They cleaned up all of their trash, and were done in one day.
