My flooring experience was exceptional! Michael is outstanding at what he does and came to our home with carpet and LVT samples he thought would look best based on pictures I sent in advance. Vicky was great to work with on the 2 separate install dates and the crews were fantastic at installing. I am extremely pleased with how everything looks and highly recommend the Vertical Connection! Michael even provided suggestions for caring for the flooring after install!

From all of us at Believe In Tomorrow Children's Foundation, we'd like to thank Adam and the Vertical Connection team! From scheduling to installation, the team was great with communication, very professional and took great care and time when doing the job. We love our new carpet! It looks wonderful! In addition, they support/give back to their community for good causes! We are a non-profit, and they graciously donated services to help families with critically ill children. Can't recommend them highly enough!
Great work and great product installed, just what we wanted.
Installers were efficient, professional, thorough, and hard-working! They meticulously scraped off old padding, vacuumed, and applied anti-microbial treatment. We had horrible floor squeaks and they meticulously screwed down the floorboards. No more squeaks! Can’t say enough good things about them! Our salesman, Steve, is always a pleasure to work with. He helped me pick out the perfect carpet color. Vertical Connection is highly recommended!
This is the second time using The Vertical Collection for flooring. I am once again very pleased with the service I received as well as the help of my salesman Stephen Harrell. Everyone who I dealt with at the company was very helpful and professional. The installers arrived right on time and they worked diligently and did an excellent job. The Vertical Connection team made the selection process and the installation as seemless as possible. Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. We had no idea what we needed? Hardwood, Engineered Wood or Luxury Vinyl. What started as a 36 square foot repair job for a water damaged floor turned into a 1,600 square foot new floor job. If it wasn’t for Joan, Tim, Shawn, Vicky, Oscar and his assistant I don’t know what we would have done! The entire experience was simple and painless. From walking into the showroom and talking with John, to having him come out to the house and measure, and then having Domingo and his partner come out and install our carpet. It was all a good experience and we highly recommend the good folks at The Vertical Connection.
The staff at Verticle Connection have been wonderful from the beginning to the end of our project. Joan walked us through all of the products that suited our needs and helped us make that final decision based on her experience and her knowledge of our project.
