I'm extremely happy with my living room and dining room window treatments. These gorgeous blinds make the room seem so much bigger and brighter. I can't believe the difference. I smile every time I enter the room. Very pleased. 🤗The rooms look so much bigger that I can add furniture! Who knew that would happen. Vertical connection is great! From scheduling consultation to finishing the job. I highly recommend. Look for Larry Robert’s, such an easy sales person to work with (I would know I’m in sales also). Larry is knowledgeable about his product and really cares about what your home is going to look like. I will like to take the opportunity to thank the Vertical Connection for replacing my 30 year old upper level carpet with hardwood flooring and replacing the carpet on my stairs. I have worked with Stephanie over two years, and counting, and she has delivered exceptional customer service across the board. Each project has been met with professionalism and grace and a bit of laughter as well. Our project has taken a few years to come to fruition. We were sent ther by a recommendation when we started and I have to say the customer service both David and Tim provided was outstanding. The installation was great and the team they sent were awesome. I would definitely highly recommend them. They entire team from sales to installation provided 5 star customer service.

The gentleman who installed the carpet and his assistant were efficient, moved furniture and other things carefully, and installed padding and carpet all in a matter of a few hours. I appreciated how quietly it was done as well. Thank you Vertical Connection!

Great experience from initial, no pressure sales visit to house, awesome communication, follow up regarding install. The team that arrived for install were, personable, extremely helpful answering questions. They worked extremely hard to finish on time, paid great attention to every little detail to make install awesome. Will definitely use again for other projects.
