I truly felt that the wellbeing of my cats were prioritized at this clinic. Emma and Maggie were so sweet to my cat and thoroughly explained what they were going to do to figure out what may be wrong with him. They made efficient but cost-effective decisions to figure out the best plan without breaking the bank! The cost seemed reasonable, and I appreciate them having same day appointments and opening on Saturdays. I noticed they had Feliway diffusers in the exam rooms which I think helped my cat stay calm. I have never seen a better clinic than this one. Precious was my first pet here in USA and DR. LONG is beyond amazing. The way she is companionate about the pet and how she makes you feel like family is something i am so grateful for. My puppy had diarrhea. Allergies, paw pain and every time she does magic and my pet is better than ever. I absolutely loved this location. It was calm and inviting upon arrival. The receptionist was attentive and had a very warm friendly demeanor. Jack was so patient with my fur baby and put both mom and dog son at ease. He was helpful, kind, and took the time to make sure I understood my options and what each thing was. Dr. Myles is truly a gem. As a first time dog mom, she gave me very informative advice about how to care for my dog and was so patient with him when he was nervous about getting his bloodwork. Super friendly and nice , took my kitten for a check up . Everything was fast and easy.
First visit was great, the vet was very caring and understanding of my skidding dog because of his negative previous experiences at the vet office. You'd think they'd put a note on his profile about how to handle him. The techs were rushing him into the back and were not being patient. I heard barking which sounded like my dog. I was in search for a new vet and am so PLEASED with Dr Long and the Thrive Team. My dogs are anxious and previous vet experiences have been stressful for all of us. The whole Thrive team was lovely and caring and patient and kind. The office is spotless and super clean! They are techies and I love the texts for appt reminder, check in and payment. The charges were all explained up front and were very budge friendly. So grateful me and my fur babies found Thrive!
My dog was diagnosed with a torn ACL by VCA they referred me to Asurgeon. They didnt go over a lot just the cost $5-8K for surgery. I went to Banfield to get a second opinion, they did X-rays and could not confirm it was torn. Banfield referred me out to Orthopedic specialist. They couldn't see him until February. I was desperate for some help, I went on YouTube and found a brace. It helped for awhile, his knee had stabilized but he wasn't 100% himself.
