The entire team at Thrive Pet Healthcare was very supportive and flexible while working with me to figure out how to provide needed medical services to my adopted feral-born male cat. Their patience and support worked, and my kitty is now a happier, healthier pet!
I have been to this vet for two years and I have never had a bad experience. This time was different and I can see from the reviews that this place is not the place it once was. The front desk manager, Allison, was completely unprofessional and should not be working with the public. The way she spoke to me was completely uncalled for. When I told her that she did not need to speak with me that way she became irate.
