I have brought my babies to Thrive on three separate occasions. Each time I've gone, I've had a wonderful experience. It's an affordable, without-the-thrills vet clinic and every person that I've come in contact with truly loves animals. Bryan was incredibly informative and I left feeling my pet was fully taken care of. We've been going to Thrive for about a year now and won't be leaving anytime soon. My pup was sick all weekend and we decided to take him in on Monday morning. We showed up and realized the appointment we thought we made online never confirmed. The front desk lady was very friendly and told us they would still see our dog but that it might be a little longer than usual. We ended up getting in and out in an hour. We could not have been happier with Thrive! We just adopted our new dog, Bowser, from the Austin Animal Shelter, so we brought him here for a check up. Our appointment was for Tuesday, April 4, but we mistakenly thought it was Tuesday, March 28, but when we walked in, they couldn't have been friendlier or more forgiving and they saw us right then! Such a great vet for minor issues and periodic checkups. Friendly front desk girl and professional vet. Really good with my doberman. The appointment fee is just $10! Cheapest vet I've ever been to. Thrive is really trying to change the rigged vet game.
I am just really happy with the communication and care. 11 yr old pug had some teeth removed, they called me when she was under with recommendations and my options. She was a weirdo for about 6hrs after coming down from anesthesia but completely bounced back to her old self less than 24hrs later, after a pretty brutal 5 tooth removal. So grateful, seriously could not have gone better.
Absolutely great place for my dog. Pros: Affordable! Cons: out of medication but had it priority mailed to my house. My 10 year old American Bulldog hadn't had a check up in a while due to my financial reasons. I keep all the documents involved in his medical care and the last place I visited it was nearly $45 for just the physical exam compared to just $10 here. I visited Thrive this morning for the first time, and I was blown away by their service, the cleanliness of the facility and the prices they offer. I brought my pup, Sadie, in for an exam after she had an upset stomach for a couple of days. Our regular vet couldn't fit us in, but surprisingly, Thrive had an opening! I don't know how I feel about this place. I'm a new dog owner and have many questions. I was looking for an affordable place to take my little puppy and many people recommend this clinic to me. I've read the reviews before going in and some of them were talking about how nice the place was but their customer service skills were lacking.
