When the business first open, the washes were spectacular. Now that they’ve talked people into getting monthly memberships the washes are less than subpar. There is a huge noticeable difference between the quality of washes in the last two weeks. I am very disappointed.

an absolute scam I purchased a trial one month membership and did not want to proceed with it. I canceled it the day before they told me that I need to cancel it and that wasn't good enough. they went and charged my credit card again and said that I should have done it 5 days in advance. nobody told me I needed to do it 5 days in advance or I would have done it five days in advance. Emily at the office was no help and all she wanted was to make sure they had my money.

I visited the tidal wave in February and just wanted to try it for one month. The representative lied to me stating, "Oh yeah, you can do that!" Then, yesterday to my surprise they hit my account for another month." I contacted customer service and they said, "We cannot give you your money back; because you signed the contract.You cannot tell me you don't have a way to refund my money. No ma'am , I can't. after waiting for over 25 minutes with 2 vehicles ahead of me and $21 later I am on my way to another car wash to finish cleaning my vehicle. Going through the wash the upper brushes didn't even come down resulting in completely missing the entire top of the vehicle as well as the front and back. The hood, front window, roof and trunk of the vehicle is still dirty even the sides of the vehicle are still dirty and soapy. The brushes on the sides barely if at all touched my car. Horrid customer service. Your car wash damaged my vehicle. Filled out an accident report with the on duty manager. She said the area manager would review the report and get back to me. A few weeks after I spoke with the area manager and he said he had not seen the report but would review it and be in touch with me. A week or so later, I spoke with the original manager that filled out the report and she said that the area manager has been busy opening up new locations. Did not do a very good wash, the car was still dirty after going through the top wash.

I went to a tidal wave on 13th Ave., South in Fargo North Dakota February 2023 and I paid $10 for a promotion they were running for unlimited washes for a month. After the month I never returned because it is out of my way. Eight months later I noticed that they were charging my credit card $29 monthly. Washed car in Dec in SC- they put a sticker on it and charged me $34.97 in Jan + Feb (Even though I sold the car in Dec and moved to Florida). And of course, no refunds- WATCH OUT FOR MYSTERIOUS STICKERS

You guys suck. Stop harassing people to join “the club”. Your lame employees have signed me up for the club twice and your lame customer service won’t do anything about it.
