The manager is an extreme JERK. He openly admitted that there was a malfunction with the buffer at the end of the carwash that was causing damages and scratches to vehicles and that "they fixed the issue" and admitted that that is what caused a large scratch across the top of my brand new 4Runner. I understand that carwashes that are not "touchless" have a great potential to scratch up your car, but for it being new I thought I'd give it a chance. I went to the location on Madison Street in Clarksville today. When I came out, my back window wasn’t cleaned at all. When I parked my car to take a look at it, it looks like I hadn’t even gone through a car wash. There was still stuff all over the hood of my car. My tires were not shined they are still dirty. I got better results, throwing water from a water bottle on it and wiping it down with a paper towel. Horrible experience there this week. The work was very rude when I told him I did not want a sticker on my car.

Tidal Wave Auto Spa...the new car wash that popped up in Clinton, TN... I purchased a wash and was talked into a 30-day trial, kid that signed me up failed to mention the membership would be more than doubled after the promotion. They won't refund my money and said, "sorry about the confusion but you can take advantage of washes until March 13th!" $46.00 for the month. Forty. Six. Dollars. Shameful to take advantage of people like that.

I drove from Ohio to Missouri the first week of the year. Needed to clean the salt off my car asap. A younger man met me at the pay station and I told him what wash I wanted. The wash was horrible and the dryer didn't even work for 30 bucks! He took my Bank card and purchased the wash. Come to find out a month later I was enrolled in a auto renew monthly club when I have no locations near me! I never gave a number or email and nothing what so ever about this trash! Easy cancellation!? Haha that’s so funny! Calling back to back and still didn’t get all my money!! NEVER USE THEM!! After being told they couldn’t do anything else I asked for a supervisor and she told me they would tell me the same thing! Ha wow as a GM that is such a scam and such a shame in the way your run your industry! Scam scam scam!

For $30 I’d expect my vehicle to be clean when it went through the wash. It was not. The whole front of my wife’s Tahoe was just as dirty as it was before. I’ll have to stop at another car wash on the way home and wash it again.

Avoid. After moving in June of 2023, I tried canceling my subscription through their website but got an error trying to look up my account. For months, I would revisit to cancel my subscription but could never get the cancelation to go through. I eventually had to call their corporate office to get it canceled. The person I spoke with was polite but they refused to refund even the most recent charge despite my repeated attempts to use their website and not using their service for 7 months.

I visited this wash on one of their free days at opening. I was given the option of a 10 dollar month long offer. No explanation was given that it was reoccurring renewal for 53.$ a month. On speaking to customer service Hannah could only kept repeating that nothing could be done. BAD Business practice for a new business!!!!!
