Went with my grandfather who was looking to buy a new car, was told they would have the one he was interested in out front waiting. We get there and they’ve sold it. I drove from Knoxville Saturday with the full intention of buying (not test drive or look around) a vehicle from this dealer. When I arrived I went inside and they were very busy. I was not greeted or told someone would be with me at any time. This is understandable because of how busy they seemed to be. Stay clear of this dealership. They are crooked and shady. Called this morning to schedule a test drive with me for in the morning. Then called back later and said they had sold the car. This is after I drive 75 miles a few days before to test drive and the idiots couldn’t find the keys. No customer service and very bad at pleasing customers. Tim Short in Middlesboro is not the place to go. I recently had 2 recalls on my vehicle so I called and made an appointment to get it fixed 2 WEEKS ahead of time. They told me that the vehicle would be fixed the day of the appointment. The day came and I dropped my vehicle off at 8:45 AM for an appointment at 9:30 AM. I actually wouldn't give this dealer any stars but you have to give one to leave a review. I called this dealer on Monday morning when they opened to inquire about a vehicle. The internet sales person Corey stated no one was looking at the vehicle she would put it through detail for us to keep it off the lot while we drove an hour and a half to get there. Sales staff severely lacking in phone communication skills! Called and spoke with Sales reps on 5 different occasions in the span of a week, yet no one seemed able to speak with me about a purchase I was ready to make. The dialog began through the chat/text portal offered on the website. When the conversation moved to an actual phone call, the salesperson either couldn't remember to call me back or he wasn't interested in making a sale. Awesome at selling, not so good at taking care of you after. Long waits to get any service. No help with our new jeep that went out at 38000 miles. We are 2000 miles over for warranty. So tough luck according to them. I would not recommend them anymore as I have in the past.
