Was told I couldn’t test drive the car I drove an hour to see because they paid good money to have it detailed and once I find out if I get approved then I can test drive it all I want but apparently I would have to have a “perfect” credit score! I felt very disrespected and just done completely wrong! A complete waste of time!
Horrible experience! Defiantly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. In their eyes it’s all about getting a sale!!!!

We stopped by your lot on Labor Day when we saw all the new Jeeps parked out front, since we'd been talking about how awesome they were. I've not had any dealings with them but I recommended Wilkie Saylor to my daughter , he gave her a great deal , and I know others who have went there ,, Wilkie i Saylor is a great man and he will tell you the truth , we bought a brand new Blazer from Roland Cheverlot in the 80s ,in quit on me once on the way home , I didn't blame them for it , things happen that no on can foresee ,it's just life , I'm not saying anyone at Tim Short Chysler Of Middlesboro lies ,, like some say , I only know Wilkie Saylor,

In my opinion Tim Short Dodge is the best dealership I’ve ever have bought a vehicle from. They make buying a easy process and they still have a hometown dealership feel.
I spent $33,500 on a 2017 expedition when I was picking it up the salesman Mark and I could not get the remote start to work and they were about to close . He told me it worked he was sure and to just read the owners manual . I did everything then they would not stand behind it at all and make this right. I had to take it to Madison county Ford for loose wire and bad door hinge paid $300 that next week . Spoke with the Sales manager etc . My first and last car with Tim Short unless resolved .
