Bought an expedition from them drove 2 hours to the dealership,sat for 2 and half hours just waiting to pay cash and sign all the paperwork. 3 months later I still have not received my title OR my tag, to make things worse the dmv confirms that I don’t even have an expedition registered to my name. So they failed to register the vehicle. So my question is where the hell is my title ??!?
I talked to this dealership for over a week about coming in and doing a deal with them on my trade they said they could work with me. Got there and they couldn’t work with me on the trade I wanted so l looked at another vehicle still out of my price limited but was willing to try and work with them on it after having my credit check trying to negotiate and price with them. They sold the vehicle at the same time I was on the lot. I was very disappointed.

We did not work the other deal until you decided against the only approval we had for you. We are truly sorry you feel you were wronged but it was first come first serve but after you left we had to sell to the other couple. We can’t hold any vehicle without a non refundable deposit. Again sorry we hope we can help you in the future.
I bought a truck and not even a week later it messed up and it turned out the whole motor was melted down and they won’t do a thing about it wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

So I purchased a used vechile on January the 10 and had it for 40 days & the motor blew up. I made several attempts to speak with different associates at the Middleboro location only to be talked to rudely and disrespectful...I understand that when you buy something used it's as is, I ask for the matience report on the car & the carfax as well at the time of purchase and their response was they couldn't find it. Had a bad experience at Tim Shorts on a purchase there in December 2017.
