Bought 2 vehicles from here, having trouble with one , and so far the service department is TERRIBLE. Every mechanic around, and even auto zone can tell me whats wrong with it, but ofcourse the dealer ( Tim shorts) Says they can't find the problem!!! Think they dont want to honor the warranty
Drove 3 hours to buy a car and it already sold. No calls or nothing to tell. What a joke of a car lots!!!!!
I never do this or write reviews but this experience had to be shared because of how horrible it was. This is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. I am from out of town (3 hours from the dealership) and was trying to purchase a vehicle from them. Not only did they fail to get back to me twice (two different employees) within a week about a vehicle I was ready to purchase but they then sold it and didn't contact me to let me know either. They kept trying to push a crappy Nissan that had 180,000 miles on it, on us. We weren't able to really look because they kept pushing it on us. Even after we said we weren't interested. They went to check our credit & we waited for over an hour then finally got mad & left. Also half of their "low prices" is BS. Even the not so great cars were like $10,000+ smh will never go their again.
Buying the vehicle was an easy experience and jen was great, however the service depart is a joke. I purchased a Chrysler 300 on 6/28/17, four days after I bought it the radio messed up and needs to be replaced. The car is still covered under the factory warranty so this in itself shouldn't have been and issue. I have had my car there three separate times with no resolution. The first time the assessed the issue, the second they replaced a screen that didn't replaced, the third hey ordered the wrong radio and at this point I... read more

If I could give 0 stars I would ! Treated rudely and asked personal questions not pertaining to the reason I came there which was to try to purchase a vehicle. My personal relationship choices are not your business I would mention the salesman but he knows who he is ! Very unprofessional .....Went to legacy Chevrolet where I was treated with respect and drove away with a new car and the one of my choice not yours .HAVE A NICE DAY!

Do not buy from this dealer they rip you off and whatever you buy they double the price of the car or truck whatever you buy. It's not fair at all
