I can’t believe all the bad reviews people leave. I love TimePayment. They are a lender. When you buy something you as a customer have options you can decide on. You can use them to finance it, pay cash or use your own bank. As with any lender the rate is credit based as it should be. The higher the loan risk the more interest you pay. I know for a fact that the paperwork you sign with TimePayment discloses it all in writing. Same as everyone else, the sales person is very generic and doesn't go into detail. They mislead their services as financing not leasing. They charge fees for everything including not having insurance, charging 80$ extra a month on top of what you already pay and mind you none of your payments go towards the actual " loan" as they advertise amount. Then once you get the insurance fixed they wait until next invoice to remove it. so if the invoice is out, they refuse to refund or credit the account. AND THEN once you pay off t... read more

The absolute WORST scamming company *** ever dealt with and the company that referred them to me will also be notified. Once you no longer give them access to automatically bill your account here come all the weird and strange fees. You ask the buy out amount for your product and it changes every time. Once you pay the amount that was quoted here comes a sneaky rat bill in your email from someone in heir collection department. They can go the the hottest pit in hail. Thats about it. Thanks for your time.

I recently applied for financing in June, and my deposit was drafted from my account the day after approval. I received an email confirming that the account was funded. I was patient and waited a few days before reaching out, only to be told that TimePayment hadnt actually funded the account.When I contacted customer service for clarification, the agent I spoke with was extremely rude and unhelpful.
