Horrible people , bought an ice machine new , financed by them , the machine came in broken and damaged , I called the company I bought it from they told me to call timepayment corp . After I tried to explain that I cannot even fix the machine due to the company only has the parts . I asked to exchange the machine but with no answers I only paid 2 payments and stopped paying for the machine was received damaged , and the damage was from inside the machine not outside . Horrible negligent business. I was just charged a random $700+ debited from my account without authorization after closing my account after 5 years of paying on autopay for leased alarm equipment. The excuse was that they made an error and applied someone else's money to my account a year and a half ago and just now figured it out so they charged me WITH additional late fees saying technically I was delinquent now that they had to debit the money back. I'm livid.
Purchased mats from Fuji mats for my gym. Sale applies including shipping was $9900. Financed mats with time payment Corp. Paid over six months worth of payments totaling in excess of $4000. In the process of trying to get a payout for the mats total was over $10,000 which was more than the sale price of the mats and they agreed to con finance charges. Company will tamper with documents. They tell you one thing. You agree. They send over blank documents for you to esign and once back they put higher rates and monthly payments. They will harass you and make threats. Send people on your property to ***** while you are gone. This company needs looked into. They are scammers and the reviews and complaints show.

This company does not even deserve 1 star, they lock you into a noncancelable agreement which is rediculas. I purchased a piece of equipment for my business and after 1 week found out we did not need it, it was still in the box and is being returned. This company does not even care and is making us pay for somthing that is being returned.Bad company that does not care about its customers.
They don't even deserve 1 star! This company deserves to go under. All the people who have been ruined along the way should get there money back. I have a broken machine the company is willing to accept the machine back and terminate the contract and TimePayment won't terminate the contract. So now I am stuck with a broken machine I have to pay top dollar for because I got screwed. I was supposed to finance a 2k machine when it was all done I owe 5 k on a lease. I can't even believe this place is still in business.
I wished I read the BBB reviews before I even joined nor signed up with TimePayment. I would never joined or purchase the printer, but at that time I should of payed attention. I requested to returned the equipment because it hasn't been used and refuse to take it back. Now they want to threaten lawsuit for a 63 days late payment.
