Company will tamper with documents. They tell you one thing. You agree. They send over blank documents for you to esign and once back they put higher rates and monthly payments. They will harass you and make threats. Send people on your property to ***** while you are gone. This company needs looked into. They are scammers and the reviews and complaints show.

This company does not even deserve 1 star, they lock you into a noncancelable agreement which is rediculas. I purchased a piece of equipment for my business and after 1 week found out we did not need it, it was still in the box and is being returned. This company does not even care and is making us pay for somthing that is being returned.Bad company that does not care about its customers.

They don't even deserve 1 star! This company deserves to go under. All the people who have been ruined along the way should get there money back. I have a broken machine the company is willing to accept the machine back and terminate the contract and TimePayment won't terminate the contract. So now I am stuck with a broken machine I have to pay top dollar for because I got screwed. I was supposed to finance a 2k machine when it was all done I owe 5 k on a lease. I can't even believe this place is still in business.

I wished I read the BBB reviews before I even joined nor signed up with TimePayment. I would never joined or purchase the printer, but at that time I should of payed attention. I requested to returned the equipment because it hasn't been used and refuse to take it back. Now they want to threaten lawsuit for a 63 days late payment. TimePayment is, without a doubt, one of the most disgraceful companies I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their business practices are not just unbelievable, they're outright fraudulent. I cannot stress enough how important it is to steer clear of this company at all costs.First and foremost, their lack of transparency is staggering. Currently on hold with Time Payment related debt collector even though my case was litigated, settled and closed. This business is a bullying company that recycles their debt through countless debt collectors and treats their customers like Buy here Pay here customers. I'm currently waiting for court service for the same matter. I'd love nothing better than this business to close and its investors fail miserably. They are criminal in the way they handle business. Get a loan shark, you'll be better off.

I got scammed by this company with along other company that works together signapay. I never Seen anything like this in mylife and we must put stop to it. We are just working on a court case and will take action so nothing like this ever happens to any other businesses.Never do business with this company!!!

Purchased a Freezer for my business on payments through the winter to ensure I had savings during slow times. Was told at the time of signing that I could pay off the loan in six months for no interest. Upon attempting to pay off the loan, they told me it was a lease and forced me to pay a ridiculous amount in order to claim ownership. Under No circumstances should anyone do business with these crooks!!!
