I paid off a purchase I made in March 2024. They just charged me again for a payment. I called and all I could get was it is under review. I am going to by **** and submit a fraud charge against them.

We bought a piece of equipment through a company and somehow ended up financing it through Time Payment. Everything sounded great at first, 12 months, 0% interest, same as cash. However, when we tried to see how much was left to pay off, it was double the number and term length. Looking at the contract that was signed, my signature is nowhere on it. This company is a complete scam, I have made 4 payments on the product totaling $600, come to find out, they said those payments were RENTAL PAYMENTS and my balance is still the same as it was when I got the item. They also said I have until January 29, 2025 to pay the balance in full of $2880 or I would have to fulfill the 48 months, of $150 (x48) the original price of the item was $2600 and I have gave away to them $600 already, this should be against the law.

Terrible! They tell you 90 days same as cash. When you try to make a few partial payments in that 30 days, they tell you no. Thats illegal. They would only accept a one time payment. I bought $4300 worth of tools. Now they want almost $9000. Ridiculous. They wont work with you at all. They also told me I can return the tools at any time and the lease ends. LIES. yeah.. you can return the tools, but still lay the lease balance off. *********************.

The absolute WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A COMPANY! Super misleading! All the one star reviews are SPOT ON! How are they allowed to do this to people?! Its all a straight up scam, basically fraud! They sent me only part of the contract to read & once I read it all & signed, they claimed I didnt read the whole contract & sent me an extension of the contract that I never received & was completely unaware of when I even signed up! I thought I was financing a saw mill which ran 4800 dollars for 2 years at ****** month. I paid ******* down should have left 3800 to finance. I've paid over ******* over 2 years. Now they say it was a lease and I owe another 1000 dollars. DONT DO ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY RIPPP OFF.

If I could give negative numbers- I would. These people are corrupt, innept, and care nothing about their customers. It is all about what they can extort out of your pocket book. For over ayear they have billed us for two accounts. But we only have an alarm syster set at one location. We have explained this to them - with an affidavit from the contract manager. They refuse to reimburse us. We stopped paying them, now they are ruining our credit history with a lie we aren't paying them - when they owe us thousands of dollars!... read more

I dont understand how this company is still in business! I financed a commercial printer through another company, and without my knowledge they transferred my account to ********************. It seems that they made up terms because I did not sign any contract that said I had to pay additional insurance but Im being charged monthly for additional insurance coverage.
