Currently on hold with Time Payment related debt collector even though my case was litigated, settled and closed. This business is a bullying company that recycles their debt through countless debt collectors and treats their customers like Buy here Pay here customers. I'm currently waiting for court service for the same matter. I'd love nothing better than this business to close and its investors fail miserably. They are criminal in the way they handle business. Get a loan shark, you'll be better off.
I got scammed by this company with along other company that works together signapay. I never Seen anything like this in mylife and we must put stop to it. We are just working on a court case and will take action so nothing like this ever happens to any other businesses.Never do business with this company!!!

Purchased a Freezer for my business on payments through the winter to ensure I had savings during slow times. Was told at the time of signing that I could pay off the loan in six months for no interest. Upon attempting to pay off the loan, they told me it was a lease and forced me to pay a ridiculous amount in order to claim ownership. Under No circumstances should anyone do business with these crooks!!!

The machines only Cos $3200 each and 2 years I owe $7800 Have to pay for 2 years at ********************************************************************************************************** on my credit report when it was paid every month and they Tell Me it was a computer glitch Time payment company is a rip-off and we must as business people put a stop to this kind of practices

Customer signed a Non-Cancelable Commercial Equipment Lease Agreement for a base payment of $329.47 per month plus applicable taxes and fees for 45 months. TimePayment did experience an issue with a third-party software involved with credit reporting which has been addressed and corrected.

Very similar to others reporting, my account is on auto deduct and they reported my account as delinquent. The auto deduct apparently failed for $74 so Time Payment reported to Experian that I was $1252 in default!!
