From the beginning I was told how long it would take to be sent and returned to me, and most importantly the price, SPOT ON! The only negative thing is that I did not receive a report on my watch repair. When I asked what had been done,when checking on line there was nothing. It would have been reassuring to know what had been the fault.

Good service and nice people
Friendly, very helpful, informative & skilled. Batteries changed on two watches. one he replaced in seconds! The other had to be sent to their main workshop, checked out the video online, very impressive! Told it could be 2 weeks, possibly 3 if it needed a manufacturers battery as they then have to order it from the manufacturer. Got it back in a week!! Great servicer, relieved & very pleased.

Great service from Timpsons, the staff are always incredibly friendly and efficient. They re-dipped and resized 2 rings, the quality of work was impeccable and both rings came back cleaned and polished, they look fantastic. One was still slightly too big so they resized again free of charge. Great customer service I would highly recommend them. So great to be able to wear my rings without spacers finally ☺️
Put my Tag watch into Stratford upon Avon branch for battery but unfortunately didn't work, was offered to be sent for estimate and I cannot fault the service throughout from the price quoted to getting it repaired I was kept informed all the way, the service from your workshop and the branch in Stratford was excellent, I real credit to your company, thank you
