First class friendly service, price for repair was less than previously paid 10 years ago. Would highly recommend and will use again.
I am very pleased to have my watch back in good working order, but unfortunately I must explain that the experience was not very pleasant, because of an employee called Adam, who was extremely rude and unprofessional when I took my watch for repair. This gentleman called Adam was almost abusive and aggressive. I have never been treated so badly by any employee in TIMPSON, so I am very sad and disappointed by the whole experience, but relieved I’ve received my watch back in good working order. Very good service for a reasonable price. It would have been more favorable but the turnaround was a bit slow. However would heartily recommend this service.

Excellent work and service
The service i received from Timpson watch repairs at Tesco's store in Lichfield was outstanding. I took three watches for repair. Two were fixed there and then. The third was an expensive marque that I'd had for 30yrs but had been let down in the past by servicing it at Watches of Switzerland - it broke down again not long after. Timpsons gave me a very reasonable quote and after sending it away for repair have fixed my watch. I'm so grateful not least because it's of such sentimental value. Quick and effective. My stone from my engagement ring had broken and took it here for repair. Got it back in two weeks and it looks like new. Very happy. Planning on taking my wedding ring here for a clean!
Timpsons were brilliant. A seemingly unfixable watch was fixed, parts ordered and all first class. Great company for so many things
