My necklace chain broke, so I sent it in for repair. On collection, the chain wasn't straight, but I thought I had to accept that was the best they could do. When I took it to a jeweller for a possible valuation, I was told to complain to Timpson about the repair. Timpson fixed the repair free of charge and also another link in the chain which the jeweller pointed out. Will use again.

The customer service, friendliness, and professionalism at the Yeovil Tesco branch is exceptional. I don't know the lady's name who served me, but she was incredibly clear about price, time scales etc for a watch-fix. Really happy with the service.
