A lovely company to deal with. Friendly face to face conversations and lots of emails keeping me up to date on my watch repairs. I have 5 batteries for life deals now and can’t say anything bad, I recommend you use them and take up their offer if you plan on keeping your watches like I do.

Excellent it’s the second time I’ve used this service for jewellery and it’s been very efficient. I had my engagement ring increased two sizes this time and it took 10 days from start to finish. Neil who I dropped my ring off with in liscard pod was very helpful and always gives service with a smile. There was great communication throughout at each stage too. Thank you 🤩
Stuart at the Musselburgh store did a great job at organising the resizing an engagement ring for my fiance! Although the actual work took place at a different location and took slightly longer than expected (this was due to hold ups off site), the customer experience we recieved easily made up for it. Stuart was lovely, congratulating us and remembering my fiance when she went to collect made us feel very special. I'll be using Timpsons for everything from now on, he's got you a customer for life!
