Shout out to the Timpson team in Asda Thornaby. I took my very expensive gold watch for service to Timpsons and the cost was far cheaper than any other jeweller I had quotes from. The watch came back within a reasonable timescale, was polished and shiny and a part they had replaced was also returned. I would highly recommendÂ
Great service from the Timpson pod at Asda in St Austell. Ive also used the Tesco pod and likewise they are always friendly and helpful. I took my fairly valuable watch to the Asda pod for a service after it suddenly started gaining 10 minutes an hour. It was sent off and I received a quote within a couple of days. Delivery was quoted as 6 weeks but it actually came back much sooner. The service was much less expensive than the manufacturer quoted and everything seems to be excellent. Highly recommended.Â

The gentleman that served, was the most positive, helpful, knowledgeable, engaged, customer positive, person, I've ever come across I can only apologise to him, that I didnt get his name, to relay here. The system installed, for one reason or another, wasn't adhered to, not the correct form, not the correct procedure, but, from the initial "ticket" issued, the staff worked together, understood what happened, and, the end result was a very satisfied customer.Â
