Put my Tag watch into Stratford upon Avon branch for battery but unfortunately didn't work, was offered to be sent for estimate and I cannot fault the service throughout from the price quoted to getting it repaired I was kept informed all the way, the service from your workshop and the branch in Stratford was excellent, I real credit to your company, thank you
I was surprised when I was referred to Timpson's to re size my ring. So I went to the branch near Cardiff Market ,as I was closeby, and I was impressed with the customer service and the quality of their work. Thank you very much!

Excellent service from Timpsons with my watch repair, this is the second watch they have repaired for me the first was a vintage manual Rotary watch presented to my wife's father in recognition of his long service with his employers, this we were unable to get repaired at other repairers s o top marks to Timpsons

Thank you Timpson in Helensburgh for all your support when I was enquiring about a vintage gold Braille pocket watch, which because it had no service history, I was looking to make it functional as it was to be a family gift for our dads 80th.
