The Watch Hospital in Watford's Harlequin Centre had to send off one paricular watch for a specialist repair, but it returned within a couple of weeks working perfectly. Always a pleasant experience getting batteries replaced inexpensively.

Excellent service from the man in the shop who explained what would happen clearly, to the updates from the repair centre on the quote and progress of the repair, to the other man in the shop who explained clearly what had been done. Clear signs of good training, pride in their work, and at a much better price than local jewellers. Thank you all.
