A very easy First class service. My watch was sent off for repair, it came back in a short space of time. Communication was good throughout. Very pleased.
So happy with the service and end result. I had scratched the bracelet of my watch quite badly in a bad fall but they restored it to effectively new condition. Took less than 3 weeks from arriving in their workshop and cost was reasonable in light of the work required to restore it. Really happy and would definitely recommend.
Very pleased indeed. Excellent job and good communication. The lady in the Ferndown shop was expecting me which was very nice and showed a genuine interest iny watch. The fact that the watch ready earlier than I thought - the day before I went on holiday - was an added bonus! Thank you!
I’ve got to say, Timpson really pulled out all the stops to repair the damage to my watch. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and I’m genuinely very pleased with the result. Credit where credit’s due — a fantastic job.

I took an expensive watch to Timpson’s to have a battery change. I bought a lifetime guarantee so years ago and it’s proved excellent value for money. Unfortunately some of the screws holding the back in place had become rounded and the watch had to be sent away to the manufacturer. The estimate went from £50 to many hundreds. Timpson staff worked on my behalf and made it clear to the manufacturer what needed to be done without the add ins. Re-stringing and cleaning my pearls. A good job was done, the pearls were clearly much cleaner looking. The silk appears to be a little tight, but wearing them will hopefully sort out the little kinks in the necklace. The job was completed and returned with notification after just 7 business days, which was very good. They didn't repair the missing minor stone in the clasp as I asked. I was informed that it would have to be logged as a separate job and sent away again so I didn't bother to do it.
