Extremely courteous from the outset. Very knowledgeable, immediately knowing the situation with my ancient watch and recommending a suitable option. A week later, it's back on my wrist, as good as new. Top service both in store and wherever my watch was sent to. Thank you.

Wow 🤩 what a service!! If I could give it 500 🌟 I would ! From first walking into my local Morrisons supermarket and up to the Timpsons unit , I asked with trepidation if it was possible I could have a cherished Tag heure repaired . How informative was the customer assistant? Garth’y at the Diss, Norfolk branch is a true asset to Timpsons. Polite, professional but still up for a bit of banter. I don’t know how he ever gets anything done, the shop is busy but he always spends the time to care and speak to customers. A true, true asset to the company. I took my somewhat elderly TISSOT watch that had stopped running into the local branch of TIMPSONs to see if it could be fixed. They did keep me well informed of progress - alas they said parts no longer available. Shame, but the service I received was very good.

Literally every single experience I've had at Timpson has been an utter delight. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always generous-spirited. All staff I encountered at the store were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My only negative comment would be I felt the watch repairers could have offered more information. I didn’t know if the watch was broken or just needed a new battery until it was back at Timpsons.

Excellent service. Went for a clasp replacement for my silver chain and it came back stronger than the original and polished for a very reasonable price. The wait wasn’t long at all And the staff were very polite and helpful, will definitely recommend.
