Excellent customer service picked up my watch today, I am so happy.
I am delighted to have my presentation watch back and working. The work was carried out promptly. The watch and bracelet are beautifully clean but it is disappointing that the new "glass" has some minor scuffs and that the stem and crown of the replacement movement does not have separate adjustment for the date and time, as the original did. As the watch is nearly 30 years old I can only asume that the manufacturer no longer supplies the identical part. Nonetheless, it is great to have the watch in service again.
