I like the fact my watch was returned quickly. This was however after I had submitted the watch on the basis of it failing after a previous repair. Which did not solve the problem , The problem which I had communicated to the repair shop was complex. To receive the watch back from Timpsons without any feedback / explanation / apology from the repair shop is disappointing . If it fails again I will naturally be very disappointed. Thank you for Repairing my Dam Busters watch, but it’s not keeping time. It is loosening approximately 8 minutes in 3 hours. How can I Return it to you for ADJUSTMENT???
I thought they would be able to repair my bracelet as they fixed my other one of the same make previously- they had to send it away which took roughly 5 weeks and it came back still broken saying that they couldn’t fix it due to the metal type even though they fixed a previous bracelet of the same material not sure it should’ve taken that long to get it back to me if they couldn’t fix it Just glad I hadn’t paid beforehand
