I am very glad to get my watch back after what turned out to be the longest watch battery change I have ever encountered. I still have no idea what the young man in the shop did to stop it from going but upto that point it has never let me down in all the years I have owned it. I thank you for the fixing and getting it back to me at NO COST to myself. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. I will still recommend Timpson for the service.

Took my watch in for a battery replacement. It transpired the battery being replaced "had scotch marks", the personable chap serving me (sorry do not know his name, but works at the Flitwick branch of Timpsons), suggested sending it to the main repair centre, for them to fix it, I agreed , he gave me a receipt and said I would be contacted in 2/3 weeks. Excellent fast service very good quality repair to my necklace and cleaned it all to so it looks brand new very very happy customer and would highly recommend there services I used the branch In Time in the Arndale centre Manchester very polite staff member with good knowledge of what he was doing thank you so much.
Customer service at the Streatham branch was unbelievably good. Quick, knowledgable and super friendly. The workmanship on the two necklaces was excellent. I’m so pleased. Had been putting off getting them fixed for literally years and they did it (and cleaned them!) in a week. Will use the service again for sure!

I was disappointed when my watch screen broke whilst the battery was replaced, however the engineer told me as soon as I went to collect my watch. He stated that they could repair it but it may take a couple of weeks. Communication was great and the repair was brilliant. Pleased they repaired the damage they created and glad my watch was returned safe and sound.
