My inspector (Patrick) conducted a thorough and professional inspection. He communicated well with me before and after the inspection. I was able to call and book a next day appointment easily. Our inspector Mike was communicative and let me know ahead of time when I should expect him to arrive. The inspection itself was quick and Mike was kind in explaining our options moving forward.
Mike from TLC Home Inspections was great. He explained everything from the home inspection very clearly and in detail, and the rull report was emailed to me about 15 minutes later. The whole experience was great and I would definitely recommend TLC to anyone.

Julie is extremely knowledgeable and did a very thorough job. She was personable and professional and after the inspection was completed, she actually delivered the report after business hours on the same day!
