Decal for hood. I bougtht decal for my C& Z06. The decal was poorly made and didn't fit so I sent it back. The said it was damaged in shipping so I asked for a pic. It didn't look damaged so I asked for a better pic and this pic was far worse than the last. It appears that someone intentionally damaged it now. They wouldn't give me my money back. Very poor customers service and rude. look at the photos and you tell me if that doesn't look like they did it. It's not the same damage as the previous pic
I ordered window regulators for my 2004 corvette, the aftermarket parts do not fit. Corvette Mods refuses to give a refund. What kind of business is this, theft by deception, plain and simple!
I ordered a spoiler for my Car. It arrived unsecured in a large box allowing it to bounce around during shipment. Foam inserts were also thrown into box, but no installation instructions. I immediately called and after two days of no one answering the phone, finally made contact with a very disinterested rep who said they would email me the instructions. That has not happened. Today is Mar 15 2019, I just got off the phone with Cust Ser, for the 3rd time. Monday, Mar 4 I called and requested an update on my order, which was made Feb 1 2019, I was told it would be shipped out on the coming Friday. On Monday, Mar 11 I called back because looking at the website my order was still "In-Progress". I was told most of the order had been received and the Cust Ser rep would call me back with an update either Monday evening or Tuesday. don't buy from this company!!! they don't stand behind there products.there led lights are poor quality and there customer service is terrible...they will drag it out until you just get mad and go away!!!! will never buy from again!!!!
Beware when ordering seats. I ordered a $500 Corbeau racing seat. The seat arrived 3 weeks later than originally stated, and the tracking number was disabled until a week before arrival. They then refused to accept a return of the seat when it didn't fit in my car, despite not having a scratch on it and still being in the original packaging. This no returns policy must be made clear to the customer prior to ordering, especially on items this expensive.
Terrible customer service. I placed my order two weeks ago for headlight replacement bulbs. After one week, they had t shipped, so I asked if I could cancel because my headlight is out and I need to fix it quickly. I’m rudely told they would try but couldn’t guarantee it.
