Corvette Mods, LLC Their business practices are deceiving and dishonest, I ordered a part from them they sent the wrong one, I returned the wrong part to them and refuse to refund my money and pay the return shipping as they agreed with their 100% money back guarantee. I wish to file a complaint, so no one else gets ripped off this company making false claims and false advertising, extremely dishonest.
Corvette Mods is a bunch of crooks. Refused to give me my refund even though they said they owed it to me. Am filing complaint with Texas BBB, American Express and Corvette Forum
This company is a joke, the worst customer service ever. Look at their other revues on sitejabber 175 revues of the 344 have a rating of 1.
Worse company to do business with in the country. I ordered two wiper blades in January and they were never shipped. I asked for a refund and they "Keep escalating" the claim. I returned a washer rebuild kit and now weeks later, they still have not refunded my money. You should be able to give them zero stars. I recommend using any of the other competitive stores on line because these are the worse!
Really bad customer service. Have a bad experience when ordering. Got ahold of a manager who resolved my issue. Got my rear spoiler parts but the wrong bolts. Called customer service who said someone will call in 24-48 hours, then sent me a email asking for pictures of what bolts were sent. I don't know about you but don't want to jump through hoops for correct bolts. The rear spoiler didn't fit very well and looked like someone else had returned it (dirty). C5 fixed headlights did not come as described, were claimed to have factory bulb numbers by Corvette Mods, but they came with the cheaper and problematic H7 bulbs
Purchased fixed headlights, and they did not come as described, the company does not know their products. They claimed everything used factory bulbs, however it uses the cheaper and troublesome H7 Mounting, which was not what was promised by their customer service
Decal for hood. I bougtht decal for my C& Z06. The decal was poorly made and didn't fit so I sent it back. The said it was damaged in shipping so I asked for a pic. It didn't look damaged so I asked for a better pic and this pic was far worse than the last. It appears that someone intentionally damaged it now. They wouldn't give me my money back. Very poor customers service and rude. look at the photos and you tell me if that doesn't look like they did it. It's not the same damage as the previous pic
I ordered window regulators for my 2004 corvette, the aftermarket parts do not fit. Corvette Mods refuses to give a refund. What kind of business is this, theft by deception, plain and simple!
