We ordered a brake light stopper in early April Before the call was even over the salesman told me it was back ordered and would take two weeks. That was too long so I said don't put the order through. He said it was too late and I would receive the part and then have to get a return for it. I did that, got an RMA and sent the part back. Now, on June 19th I get an email that the return has been voided. No explanation and no one on a phone that I can talk to. Their shifter switch failed in 3000 documented miles and one year. They refused replacement and have blocked me on social media. Scared may be a scam. I’d look elsewhere

I recently purchased a C7 Corvette Stingray/Z06/Grand Sport 2014-2019 Custom Painted Blade Style Spoiler - Easy Installation No Drill Design. It cost $449.99. It was loosely wrapped in cheap, foam wrap and thrown into an over-sized box and shipped across the country. When I recieved it, the box was fine, but the paint was chipped off of both corners of the spoiler! What sort of an IDIOT would ship a custom painted part like that?!? I Used to be a great fan of this company,, having ordered parts in a timely fashion....my recent experience with them has really opened my eyes as to how unprofessional they operate....little or no customer service...no email responses...telephone is answered by an outsourced company...there is no way to talk to anyone at the actual location...any communication attempts will take days or weeks even months to get any feedback...I have gotten better service from amateurs on EBAY....I would suggest using EBAY...WEST COAST CORVE... read more

Parts took nearly a month to arrive. Then, I find out the bulbs don't fit the connection in my 2014 C7. I ended up going to AutoZone to get the part, which is what I'll do from now on. I don't believe the reviews on this site at all. My one experience was terrible from customer service to the actual parts I received. I will never buy from them again nor will I recommend them to anyone.

I’m giving them one star because I have to. However, I will NEVER be ordering anything from Corvette Mods again. First of all, it took a month to receive my package. Every time I called them to ask for an update they couldn’t tell me anything other than “I’ll have to look into it and get back with you.” Fast forward to receiving my delivery. It was BROKEN. I've never had so much difficulty as dealing with this company. A long string of unanswered emails and phone calls never returned. I even had them charge me $50 for a Gift card that I purchased with reward points. To add insult to injury they charged me over $34 in freight on the same gift card which is sent out by email. When reading the website there is a side bar with suggestions that will not close when you click the close tab so that you can't properly read the product descriptions. Beware!! I bought a ac heater control for my 2004 Corvette for 573.00 dollars said it was new it is rebuild they fucked me good no gm part numbers on control
