To be honest I cannot give any more than one star. I ordered some parts on October 11th. I received an email the order was shipped October 18th. 22 days after the order, on November 2nd, still not received. I sent an email and was told that there was a partial shipment. Eventually I received the first shipment Nov 6th and showed it was complete, however I was missing a part described as a "Stingray Emblem Black and Silver stamped aluminum" for $18.99. Everyone is always happy when an online order goes well. However, when there is a problem the real service provided is exposed. Go to Google reviews, and read the one star reviews. You will see the consistency: complex return policy and resistance to refund money.
I ordered a ignition lock cylinder based on their on line photo It showed a black lock cylinder with black keys. When the order arrived the keys were the incorrect silver. I contacted sales and they told me that they could not be accountable for online photos and they drop shop the majority of their parts. When I spoke to Ginger in customer service she emailed me and told me they could do nothing about it, but would be willing to sell me the correct part at a higher cost if I shipped back the incorrect part. These guys have no service when it comes to returning an item. I called and explained why I didn't want the item. They sent me an email asking for pictures. I sent in some pictures and they told me that the manufacturer said the brackets being uneven was fine and that it will work just fine. But who would want to mount a wing on a car unevenly. So far, not real impressed! My order arrived today damaged, and I can't get a hold of anyone on the phone. All I get is a recording telling me to call back later. Not happy!!
This is the worst aftermarket parts company i have ever dealt with in my 20+ years in the auto industry. The 4.9 star rating is pure garbage!!!! They paid a company to post them i am sure! i would look at the BBB site to get a better understanding of these scam artists!!
This item is way overpriced, I have purchased the SAME leather replacement seats for $499, check out other non Corvette sites
I was very disappointed with this kit. All photos highlighting this kit with all options show a c5 with rectangular low profile headlights. Nowhere in the item descriptions does it say that the rectangular lamps were not part of the kit. Be forewarned - this kit with all options contains wires, resistors, and bulbs only. I've been assured that all these parts fit seamlessly in the stock c5 headlights and fog lights.
